X-Men First Class - Polaris

I know I know... they're not really FIRST class but now these are just for fun to see what i can come up with... may have back stories to explain my choices.

Polaris can control magnetic fields, as a youngster she was very low and picked on for her green hair. so se turned slightly goth and got piercings, this was both for looks and practical use as she would use them like weapons when bullied.
After meeting xavier she got rid of the goth look and became very feminine to attract another student... Alex Summers
