Number 4 in my Dark Knight Rises Series: [link]
With the other villains it was easier because there wasn't a physical idea yet, so Two Face here was a challenge.
my idea behind this was, Harvey survived the fall and is pissed off at everyone, cops, batman, gangsters, gotham in general. So he uses his own knowledge from being district attorney to clean up gotham completely, as in every last one of gotham's citizens has to be on trial (i'd imagine a lot more coin clips)
again the bats in there too.

If Two-Face survives and 8 years pass later, he's not the only one who would take revenge. Surely Barbara Gordon, already converted into Batgirl at 16-17 years old, would take revenge for her father and her entire family with a few good punches
